About Me
Pat Sullivan, Joy of Health Solutions
My long time philosophy is that we are all capable of healing ourselves and may simply need a nudge back in the right direction. I help my clients begin to trust their own abilities and to see that they already have the tools to do the job.
As a certified BodyTalk Practitioner practicing at the advanced PaRama level, I am passionate about the system and am continually engaged in further study to make sure that I and my clients have access to the latest developments. I have completed all of the Advanced BodyTalk Modules, Advanced MindScape, Orthopedic Evaluation, BreakThrough, BodyChemistry Specifics, Chinese Medicine for BodyTalk, AnimalTalk, and am a member of the post graduate PaRama College practicing PaRama BodyTalk 1 and 2.
I am thrilled to also be able to offer the BodyTalk Access class to the community as a BodyTalk Access Instructor. Check the
Events and Classes page for my next classes.
I've spent my entire adult life in healthcare, both in the university medical center and corporate settings. My interest and belief in alternative, natural and self healing brought me to the BodyTalk System, which I have found to be the quickest and most powerful method available for obtaining lasting results. BodyTalk addresses the fundamental problem as it balances the whole rather than the symptom, working on a much deeper and lasting level. I continue to be amazed and delighted with the results my clients are experiencing.
For many years, I have incorporated Tai Chi, Qi Gong, yoga and meditation into my daily life.
I am a founding member and on the Board of Directors of the Washington BodyTalk Association.
I also use Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection as well as Advanced PSYCH-K, Reiki and Quantum Touch energy healing and EFT when called for.
